About this event
Archaeology and Nature is this year’s theme of the Festival of Archaeology and local archaeologist Jeff Wallis will take you to explore the area of the Abbey Fishponds Nature Reserve, also known as Daisy Bank, where you can learn more about some of the most important archaeological discoveries of Abingdon. You might be surprised at the hidden archaeology nearby! Meeting point: Car park off Audlett Drive next to the Barrow Hills Football Pitch ten minutes before the walk starts.
