Ever wondered what life's actually about? Or what people mean when they talk about God… without it getting weird or awkward? Alpha is a series of relaxed, weekly conversations where you can explore big questions about life, meaning, relationships, stress, purpose - and yes, faith too - in a normal, open environment over food and drinks. Each week we'll watch a short talk that kicks off the conversation, then chat in small groups where you can say as much or as little as you want. Debate it, question it, disagree, laugh, or just listen - there's no pressure to perform or "get it right". It's a space for anyone who's curious, sceptical, unsure, spiritual-ish, or just up for something a bit different with good people and good conversation. No cost. No pressure. No awkward follow-up sales pitch. You can come once and decide it's not for you - totally fine. 6 weeks. At The Peahen Pub, in St Albans town centre. Everyone welcome.
