Learn how to make a range of delicious modern tarts. Make Your Own Contemporary Tarts and Pastry Class teaches how to prepare a selection of Ruth’s favourite tart recipes. During the class, you’ll work individually and in pairs under the close supervision of a professional pastry chef. At the end of your class, you’ll take away your recipes and delicious tarts to enjoy at home. What will I make? • Pear, hazelnut & ginger tart • Salted caramel & chocolate tart with caramel cream • Raspberry & chocolate tart Are you looking to gift a class?
