Friday 31st July 2026 Sound Bath & Yin Yoga 7.00pm with Kirsteen Feel yourself in the room, stretching out your body, smelling the sage on the air... Dropping into a mediation to connect you deep into the earth below you and the heavens above you… Work through the floor based yin postures, opening the heart space. Finding softness in the body, releasing any tension that you have been holding onto... Letting all your worries slip away. After moving through the yin based yoga postures you will snuggle under your lavender eye pillows, wrap yourself up in a blanket and support your body with a bolster. The sound bath will begin with the waves of the Crystal Tones bowls washing over you, feeling yourself drop into an even deeper relaxation. Finally hearing the chimes and wave drum gently bring you back into the room; feeling refreshed, lighter brighter and ready to emerge from your cocoon back into the world. Claim your spot on the mat!
