FANE FANE was established in 2004, is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and the sole purpose of our team is to help adults in the North East of England with learning disabilities to make and keep friends. FANE champions friendship, raising expectations and creating opportunities to do ordinary things. We meet every other Wednesday at the Ouseburn Community Centre between 11.00am and 1.00pm.
