Learn powerful life skills that you can use from the first day at your new College or University and help ensure you enjoy your next academic chapter. The highlights of this program will help you mentally prepare, adapt, settle, and thrive from the beginning. Workshop Highlights: Develop strategies to handle first-week nerves and anxiety. Tips & techniques to help approach new people with confidence, skills for making small talk with anyone, tools for developing new friendships immediately, and feel that you fit in from the very start. Learn how to stop worrying and stressing about what others might, or might not, think about you so that you feel more relaxed and happier in yourself and much less anxious.
