Do you shy away from cooking with fish as either worried about over cooking or under cooking it? This course will give you the confidence to prepare the fish prior to cooking and create 3 different dishes, alongside the perfect accompaniment of sauce. What to expect: A fun and interactive class Advice on where to purchase your fish How to identify the quality points of fresh fish How to prepare the fish Cooking methods and demonstration Your chance to prepare and cook one of the dishes Sauces and accompaniments to go with 3 different dishes The opportunity to ask the team all your “fish and shellfish” questions A light lunch of one of the dishes and refreshments A fish dish to take home for supper
