Sound Bath Experience

This immersive sound bath experience is a gentle, guided journey into deep relaxation, rejuvenation and rest. Curl up into a nest of blankets, cosy, comfortable and dappled in candlelight. We begin with a powerful Yoga Nidra meditation and Reiki healing to settle the mind, body and senses into a trance like state of relaxation. Hypnotic waves of sound, vibration and frequency from crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice alchemy and other sound healing instruments are then woven throughout the space, slowing brain waves states, calming the mind, regulating the nervous system and creating the perfect internal conditions for a full body re-charge, energetic renewal and healing. You may experience: • Deep relaxation • Reduction in stress, anxiety and physical tension • Moments of Inspiration & clarity • Improved sleep • A Profound meditative experience. • Emotional release • A sense of presence, calm and reconnection to yourself Suitable for complete beginners of all abilities and ages. All equipment is provided but if you would like to bring your own additional mats/blankets/pillows you are more than welcome. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable layers including socks. Please note, this class may not be suitable for those with severe tinnitus, epilepsy or seizure disorders. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, are undergoing chemotherapy or have any serious health conditions, please consult Maddy and a doctor before attending.
