Soothe & Sound with Yoga with Daisy & HB Yoga Carve out an afternoon just for you to pause, breathe and reset. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Thoulstone Park, Soothe & Sound is a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing. The afternoon begins with gentle, grounding yoga to help release tension from the body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soft harmonic instruments, creating space for deep rest and relaxation. To close the experience, guests are invited to enjoy tea and homemade treats together — offering a moment of connection and gentle nourishment for both body and soul.
