About this event
The Sound Meditation Journey is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. It begins with each person lying or sitting down, relaxed and eyes closed. Then, there’s nothing for you to do but to completely receive. You'll be guided through some gentle focus on your breathing and soothing words that will flow seamlessly into a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will hold you and weave their magic over and through you. A variety of instruments are used including crystal singing bowls, flow and Koshi chimes, an ocean drum, rainsticks, gongs, crystal pyramids and more. Different sounds and frequencies activate different parts of the body and brain to help recalibrate the nervous system into a state of harmony.
