Alpha takes place across ten sessions with the option to attend an extra Saturday session in the middle. How does it work? Each session includes food, a short talk, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts, or simply listen. What if I try it and don't like it? If at any point you decide Alpha isn't for you, that's not a problem. There's no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
