Join Gosia for a gentle, immersive experience that blends the healing energy of Reiki with a soothing sound bath. This is a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all genders, sexualities, cultures, ethnic backgrounds, and abilities. We honour and celebrate the richness of our diverse experiences and invite you to come as you are—no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to tune into your body in a safe, supportive environment. To help you feel cosy and fully supported during the session, please bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on Cushions and a blanket Something to support your back or knees if needed Extra padding if you have any injuries or sensitivities A bottle of water to stay hydrated
