GARSONS TITCHFIELD, HAMPSHIRE We are delighted to be hosting artist Isabel Hurley, who will be showcasing her art as part of the Hampshire Open Studios series throughout the August bank holiday weekend with us at ‘The Potting Shed’. Isabel will be with us from 10am-4pm on Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August, and you’ll be able to see some of her original acrylic and watercolour paintings, inspired by beautiful landscapes and coastlines. Showcasing larger and smaller paintings, as well as her current work in progress, this is a great opportunity to find out more about how Isabel works as she uses expressive mark-making to create contemporary realism, building up thin and thick layers of acrylic paint to show detail, texture and the effect of light on what she’s painting.
