Tuesday Evenings | 18:00 - 20:00  The course is designed to give the beginner a good grounding in welding theory and practice, typical welding joints and application.  The course takes you through various welding techniques, from preparation, though cutting, angle grinder use, safety to giving you the basic skills to be flexible and competent in building welded structures, whether artistic and decorative or repair based projects. COURSE FEE COVERS 4 weeks of 2 hour sessions (8 hours total) of supervised work and support with experienced welders 50% off purchase of your first Annual Membership All materials used during practice sessions, as well as for final products Guidance on beginning future projects Course participants must be 18+.

In our Community Music Circle, we will create ‘in the moment’ music with drums, percussion, voices and other easy-to-play melodic instruments. Join in whatever way you can and are comfortable with. Drums and percussion provided (or bring your own). Music Circle information There’s no need to book. Just come along. Start time is 7:30pm (running until 8:30pm). Please arrive five/ten minutes before the start time. Our music circles are for adults (minimum age 16). The session costs £3 or £5 - just choose what suits you on the night! Morag is also trained to deliver sessions in Expressive Rhythm stories and Rythym2Recovery. Morag has over 20 years’ experience providing opportunities for individuals and communities to explore the moving power of music. She has worked with people from all walks of life and is passionate in her belief that we are all musicians. Using easy to play and unusual instruments her inclusive friendly and fun approach creates a safe space to play. Participants will be supported to grow in skills and confidence and to discover and awaken their own inner music.
