Stall Sign Up - Big Family Gathering

Thanks for your interest in having a stall at our Big Family Gathering (BFG) event on 14th June 2026 at Tern Hill Hall. We're really keen to have as many different community and artisan stalls at the BFG as we can. Register your interest below and leave us your contact details and we'll be in touch to confirm whether we can offer you a spot. We want to make sure that we have the best experience for those attending the event so we will look through everyone who registers interest and choose based on including a broad range of stalls rather than first come first served. The detail: 1 x 6ft table will be provided per stall. Charity organisations will be offered a stall free of charge, those selling their wares will be asked to pay a small fee for the stall. Set up is between 9.30am and 10.30am. We are holding an Act of Worship in the grounds at 11am and then stalls will be open to the public between 12pm and 4pm.
