Marika – Zumba Toning

Thursday night Zumba Combo (30 min. Zumba + 30 min Zumba Toning) classes with Marika follow the same dance-fitness principles as the original Zumba class, but place a particular emphasis on toning and sculpting to define your muscles! This class, with the help of light dumbells, improves your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning and sculpting specific muscle groups such as arms, shoulders, back, chest etc. It is important to know that: 1) dumbells are not mandatory – at the beginning, you can also work only with muscle tension. 2) Participants will need to bring their dumbells to the class. 3) The dumbells, regardless of your fitness level, must not exceed 3 kg each.
