Music for Memory

Music 4 Memory is a warm, supportive therapeutic singing group for people experiencing memory loss and related challenges. Our experienced professional facilitator leads the group in singing well-loved songs that lift spirits and bring smiles, laughter, and a sense of connection. Each session begins with 30 minutes of social time and refreshments. You are welcome to attend on your own or with a family member, carer, or supportive friend. Singing is not only enjoyable but can also play a valuable role in supporting cognitive function reminiscing through familiar music and enhancing wellbeing.
