Have you ever wanted to take your baking to the next level and decorate with chocolate or sugar decorations? This class enables you to see our own Award winning Master Chocolatier demonstrate some of the techniques that he has used to win competitions and seen as a judge of the UK Chocolatier awards. Gary will show you how to work with chocolate to create the shapes that you want to impress your guests, or spin sugar to elevate your desserts or gateaux.
