About this event
An informative chocolate making experience for beginners. Developed by UK World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, Make Your Own Chocolate Truffles, Pralines and Ganache Class teaches how to temper and decorate a range of chocolate types. At the end of your class, you take home your recipes and 60-80 beautifully presented chocolates. What will I make? • Hazelnut pralines • Caramel ganache • Orange truffle ganache Are you looking to gift a class?
