We also have a Healthy Eating & Baking session every Monday between 10.30am – 12.00pm. This group helps women to learn and cook a diverse range of dishes from a variety of cultures, which reflects the community. Women are able to gain an understanding of healthy eating and take that knowledge to share with their families and friends.
