Set in the idyllic Cooks Kitchen of Carlton Towers, this half day experience is a masterclass in sourdough with the award-winning Luke’s Bakery. “This course is aimed at all abilities; whether you're a complete novice, or an enthusiastic amateur in the world of sourdough, we'll have you mixing, shaping, and baking like a pro by the end of the course.“ You’ll take home the sourdough you’ve baked, as well as some of Luke’s sourdough starter to get you off to a flying start. £150.00 per person All equipment is provided as well as lunch - Please let us know of any dietaries upon booking.
