As a full time qualified Physiotherapist, level 2 gym instructor, 5 years experience in Choreography for Wickersley Young Stars. I would like to invite you to join me for Praise n Motion Praise n Motion is an exercise class designed for anyone wishing to move their bodies to the rhythm of worship music. Building strength, gaining energy and praising Jesus. We will meet every Saturday for 1 hour. Hope to see you soon.
