WEEKLY AND MONTHLY ACTIVITIES AT HOOLE UNITED REFORMED CHURCH NEWSLETTERS IN JULY AND AUGUST This edition will be a double one for July and August. September notices will need to be with me by August 16th. ( It does all seem far away but will soon come round!) We already have some dates for you : Friday Film will end on July 3rd and restart on October 2nd. Church and Cake will end on July 16th. Church and Cake will be closed for August and reopen on September 17th. We look forward to seeing you all again refreshed after the summer break. DATES FOR YOUR DIARY Church and Elders Meetings Church Meetings are usually held every 3 months on the first Tuesday of the month and Elders Meetings are held every 2 months on the first Tuesday at 7.00 pm. If you have any matters you wish to raise please call or email the secretary and if you can give some notice so it can be added to the Agenda. Forthcoming dates are as follows: Elders’ Meeting – July 7th Church Meeting – Tuesday 15th September at 7.00pm. ( Meeting to be held in the Activities Room entry by side door at end of Church building.) Some more Dates FOR YOUR DIARY September 25th -The Macmillan Coffee Morning . Sunday 18th October – Harvest Service and Lunch with the Uniformed Groups and catering by Bren Brews Saturday 5 th September – at 2.30p.m Commissioning of the CRCW will be held at Caldy Valley Saturday 19 th September – @ 2.30p.m. at Upton URC.
