The People's Emergency Briefing: film screening and discussion

In November 2025, the National Emergency Briefing brought together leading experts to present the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis to politicians and other influential people in Westminster. That evidence is now on the public record. The People’s Emergency Briefing brings together people in local communities across the UK to hear the evidence and discuss how to respond - together with their MP. We will be hosting a screening of this film, in partnership with Bath and West Community Energy (BWCE) on Monday 8th June and would like to encourage as many people as possible to come along to find out more, discuss the issues and share ideas. A post-film discussion will be led by our friends at BWCE and refreshments will be available to purchase from our cafe/bar. The screening is free but we are grateful if you register with Eventbrite using the link below so we get an idea of numbers! Get Tickets

The evening starts with a tasting flight of two premium rosé Grower Champagnes : a Chardonnay-dominant 1er Cru Extra Brut from Domaine Colin and a tangy, zesty Meunier-led rosé from Champagne Moutardier, presented by Maud Fierobe (Champagne Expert / Owner at Champagne + Fromage). Tickets for the Rooftop Champagne and dining are £65 and runs from 7-9pm. Includes a 2 rosé champagne flight and food plus entrance to the Midsummer Night’s Dream Party.
