About this event
Create your very own mosaic stone for your home or garden. Mosaic stones are perfect to use as a doorstop or to add a little extra colour to the garden or outside area. Under the expert tutelage of Ruth Wilkinson, you'll spend the first hour of the workshop deciding on your design and transferring it onto your stone, this will then be followed by demonstrations and a chance to practice using the cutting tools for the tesserae before you begin creating. There will be lots materials to choose from to create your design and lots of inspiration from books and stencils.The stones will be provided as they need to be a specific shape and size. Come and create your own decorative stone! Please note there is a £15 material charge payable on the day
