About this event
Come along to our Share & Repair Network online workshop where we'll learn about the potential and practicalities of self-service locker systems. Self-service lockers offer a convenient way for customers to collect or return items from sharing libraries at a time that suits them, outside of regular opening hours. This provides an opportunity to expand the number of people benefiting from borrowing not buying. Join us for this online event offering an overview of self-service locker systems and hear about the experience of people developing their use. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions. Speakers: Anna De Matos founder of Circular Library Network. Based in Iceland, Anna has developed a self-service digital locker system in partnership with MyTurn software. Chris Tanner founder of Lend Engine. Chris has developed a self-service digital locker system that integrates with Lend Engine software. Edwin Love from KLOTH in Cornwall. Edwin has proto-typed an analogue/ non-digital locker system suitable for smaller organisations. This event is for Existing & planned Sharing Libraries, Public Libraries, Local Authorities, Community Buildings. Book in advance via zoom.
