Come and connect to the power of your radiance and the simple joys of connection, community and sharing experiences and delicious food together. There will be: Cacao Circle: Nia will guide you to journey with the heart nourishing medicine of cacao. Be held in a supportive circle with care and attention. Opportunity to share if you wish. Receive soul enquiry prompts to explore what is rising in your inner, emotional and energetic worlds Embodied yoga, breath work , somatic & energy work practices to explore the gifts of solar energy. Together we will explore how to welcome radiance into your body, mind and heart and bring your energy system into coherence and flow so that you feel able to shine brightly from a rooted and sustainable place. Longer held postures to melt away tension and soothe on all levels. No previous experience needed. Mantra - sacred sound in the form of chanting. Join in or let the sounds wash over you.
