All money raised from admissions is donated to The National Garden Scheme, which in turn supports nursing and health charities nationwide. In 2023, The NGS made an annual donation of over £3.4 million to core beneficiaries, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK and The Queen’s Nursing Institute.
