Wednesday 1915 – 2015 hours Term Dates : 1 June – 3 July 2026 (5 sessions) Cost: £8 per session; £35 for 5 sessions; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session that term) Location : Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood, NP12 1HB Please contact me for prior booking. Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice. If you have not joined my yoga sessions before, please complete a British Wheel of Yoga Health Questionnaire here before your first session. Class schedule subject to change.

Wednesday 0930 – 1030 hours Term Dates : 1 June – 3 July 2026 (5 sessions) Cost: £8 per session; £35 for 5 sessions; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session that term) Location : Blackwood Methodist Church Hall, Wesley Road, Blackwood, NP12 1PP. There is limited free car parking. Currently the CCBC car park is free but closes at 8pm. Near the old Argos store, just off the High Street. Please use the side entrance and ring the doorbell if the door is locked Please contact me for prior booking. Do let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice. If you have not joined my yoga sessions before, please complete a British Wheel of Yoga Health Questionnaire here before your first session. Class schedule subject to change.
