About this event

Ease into your weekend with our nourishing Restore & Flow, a candlelit practice blending slow flow and Yin yoga. We’ll move gently together to build warmth and release tension before settling into longer, supported stretches to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. This class is all about de-stressing, creating headspace and finding head space after a busy week. You’ll leave your mat feeling restored, centred and deeply relaxed. Open to all levels — come as you are. —— Having trained to teach yoga in 2015 through Yoga London, Fi has recently been Head of yoga and mat Pilates for over seven years at two Central London boutique fitness studio, offering a variety of styles of class to a diverse client base. Fi is passionate about sharing the endless benefits of a healthy body and mind with wellbeing at the heart of what she does. Fi also lived and taught in various surf camps as the in-house teacher in Sri Lanka, Morocco and Nicaragua over the period of two years. Her style varies from challenging, fun and dynamic flows to more mellow sequences focussed on mobility, tension-release and breathwork.
