Across a series of friendly sessions in community venues around Powys, we’ll explore a range of different art forms | Ar draws cyfres o sesiynau cyfeillgar mewn lleoliadau cymunedol o amgylch Powys, byddwn yn archwilio amrywiaeth o wahanol ffurfiau celf. You can join in as much or as little as feels right for you. Everything is gently guided by experienced facilitators who understand the value of creativity for wellbeing | Gallwch ymuno cymaint neu gyn lleied ag sy’n teimlo’n iawn i chi. Mae popeth yn cael ei arwain yn ysgafn gan hwyluswyr profiadol sy’n deall gwerth creadigrwydd ar gyfer lles. The sessions are free to attend, with all materials provided. They’re designed to offer space to express yourself, meet others who understand, and take time out from the pressures of appointments and everyday life.
