
A longer, harder end-of-week circuit for those who want more from their training. This 90-minute session (6:00–7:30pm) goes beyond our standard classes, combining strength, conditioning, and cardio using barbells, dumbbells, battle ropes, skipping ropes, agility ladders, steps, and punch equipment. Challenging, structured, and designed to finish the week strong.
