Children’s Art Morning at the Sanctuary

Treat your little one to a fun, creative morning at The Farm Animal Sanctuary this August. Local artist Penny Penny is running a series of art classes for children aged 6 and over, in the relaxed and friendly surroundings of the sanctuary, with our rescued animals never far away for a little inspiration. These hands-on sessions are all about having fun and getting creative. Whether your child is a confident little artist or just loves to make a happy mess, Penny will guide them through the morning at their own pace. All art materials are provided, so they simply need to turn up ready to enjoy themselves. To keep the classes calm, relaxed and personal, places are limited to 12 children per session, and they do tend to book up quickly. Each child also gets a drink and a doughnut or muffin to keep them going. It’s a lovely way to spend a summer morning, and every booking helps support the care of the more than 600 rescued animals who call the sanctuary home.
