Are you ready for an adventure? Can you take on a pirate? Build a den? Toast a marshmallow? Make a boat that can traverse the seven seas? OR Do you fancy a lovely BBQ in a beautiful woodland with some great chat with great people? If you answered YES to any of the above the Grand Day Out is for you! Sign up below so we have numbers for our BBQ>> In the place of our usual Sunday gathering, we shall be meeting at Finlaystone Country Park, follow the path beyond the stream, warily pass the pirate ship and find our glade prepped for our *hope Grand Day Out. There will be BBQ lunch, games, activities and a couple of large gazebos for any ...er.... inclement weather. You will need: — Sturdy shoes and good waterproofs for the kids (the adventure playground is ABSOLUTELY EPIC, but is also often epic-ly MUDDY) — Dress for the weather on the day. — Bring a chair or something to sit on. — Bring drinks (Water/juice etc) for you and yours. — If you have a camping table, let me know and bring it along. — Talk to your Smallgroup if you need help getting there.
