Second Saturday Paddle

A social paddle on the Second Saturday of each month. These will be “Grade A” paddles, exploring interesting locations around Glasgow – coasts, lochs, canals etc. TRIPS & ORGANISERS – 2026 June 13th – Ewan – and Lesley July – 11th – Sandy – Aug – 8th – Richard – and Paul R Sept – 12th – Leigh – and James Oct – 10th – Pat – and Paul R Nov 14th – Celia – and Margaret Dec – 12th – Misha – and Amanda Additional Info The Second Saturday paddles that fall on even months 2/4/6/8/10 – Feb/Apr/Jun/Aug/Oct/ (DATES in bold above) – will be particularly good for new paddlers who may not have paddled outdoors yet, but may have been through DCKC Introduction to Kayaking sessions in the pool or Loch Lomond. Please contact the organiser to be included when details of the trip are circulated.; generally in the week before the event. If you object to being added to a WhatsApp group or email list for the trip please indicate this to the leader /organiser when expressing an interest. By default, you will be added to group communications which are the usual, but not the only way, of updating everyone with trip details The trip may feature a curry or meal following the trip, although this is at the discretion of the Leader or a team member willing to organise this.
