Weekly Muay Thai Self-Defence classes focused on building confidence, communication, and empowerment in a supportive, judgement-free space. Karina’s Muay Thai classes focus on building confidence, communication, and empowerment in a supportive, judgement-free space. Students are encouraged to train at their own pace while building physical strength, fitness, and practical skills. Through interactive drills, partner work, and teamwork, students develop coordination, resilience, and confidence—whether their goal is fitness, self-defence, or training to compete in the long term. These sessions are funded by the London Marathon Foundation. About the facilitator Born in Hong Kong, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries, she brings a versatile background in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, K1, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her adaptable style blends technical skill, fitness, and fun. Karina’s classes are a safe, welcoming space with no judgement – only encouragement. Every student is supported to train at their own pace, with coaching tailored to personal goals, whether that’s improving fitness, building confidence, learning self-defence, or developing skills for competitions. Titan is QTPOC barber bringing his services to the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre every two weeks. NOTICE: There will only be one date in July (July 17th). More details soon. He has 8 years of experience in shops and freelancing with a wealth of knowledge working with all hair types. They aim to create a welcoming and safe environment for people within the LGBTQ+ community. Services vary from tidy-ups to complete re-styles at a lower rate than most London barber shops. Prices list: Beard trim (30 mins) – £12 Patterns (30 mins) – £12 Undercut (30 mins) – £12 Clipper cut (45 mins) – £18 Scissor cut (45 mins) – £18 Fade (45 mins) – £22 Mullet (1hr) – 25 Restyle (long to short, 1hr) – £30 Pay it forward* – £5/£10 *Free haircuts are available for people who can’t afford them, no questions asked. Just pick up a free trim card. No booking required – just drop-in during 1:30-7:30pm! The drop-in is open until 7:30pm. Last appointments will be available until 7pm, as the Centre closes at 8pm.
